Two Rangers

I realized after the fact that I had painted two rangers. The first is from Nolzur’s Marvelous Miniatures, a human ranger. He was painted with speed paint. The second is from Reaper Miniatures, a dwarf miniature named “Bailey Silverbell,” who is also wearing leather armor and wielding a sword and crossbow. She’s also wearing a cloak, all of which screams “ranger.” Unlike the other one, I painted this one using regular miniature paint.

They both turned out really well, especially the human ranger. I am not always pleased with speed paint, but this one was really good.

This also gets my painting total above my 2018 amount, which admittedly is my lowest since I started tracking it on this blog. It is March, so I do have some catching up to do if I want to make 100 miniatures by the end of the year.

There are 300 days left, which works out to one per 3.5 days, or two a week. That’s a rugged pace, but I guess we will see.
