Two more miniatures for my new D&D game. The first is a winged fairie, albeit a normal human-sized one. She is representing Sapphire, one of the PC’s in the game, played by two people at the same time. One is a child, the daughter of one of the other duo-players, and the other is an adult friend. The child makes a lot of the choices while the adult helps her navigate the more complicated rules and decisions. The dragonborn fighter is played by the mom and her son.
The miniature is a Reaper Bones, specifically “Slyph.”

The second story arc for my campaign is “The Spectre’s Lantern.” The PC’s have been hired to find the eponymous artifact by a mysterious patron. The big bad is Malverine (pronounced “MAU-verne”), a night hag who uses the lantern to boost her power. The figure is the night hag from Nozlur’s Marvelous Miniatures line and was painted almost entirely with contrast paints.
The adventure has a bunch of props that I will save for a future post, but I really went all out on this one.
I’m up to 43 miniatures for the year, with roughly four months to go, albeit the holiday ones that usually end up taking a lot of time away from hobby pursuits. But I shall prevail!
