Well, I’m definitely getting behind in my miniature painting. There’s a few reasons for that: general seasonal ennui about doing things, some work and home related responsibilities taking up time, and some work done on a completely different hobby.

These are more of the “Spatz Boyz” working off the first one with some color scheme alterations. I’m not entirely sure I am set with this particular color choice, but the good news is that Orks do not really need to match all that much.

But I am only at five miniatures for the year, which means I am a good month behind on things. On the other hand, I did mention my other hobby pursuit, which is woodworking. I have been building raised flower planters for my wife, and then decided to throw a few pre-order options onto our crafting webstore From The Craft Room. You will see some other stuff my wife and I have made, including custom notebooks, handbags, and quilts. Plus the woodworking stuff I am doing.

Just trying to get the hobbies to offset their expense a little in this economy. Thanks for checking it out. Now, back to painting miniatures!
