So this is a little bit of a spoiler for my D&D campaign, but since none of the players read this blog (or almost all the rest of humanity either *snaredrumsnap*) I thought I would share some guys who will eventually making an appearance, five cultists from Frostgrave Miniatures.

I wanted a group that looked like they were connected without having too much “henchmen uniform” going, so I stuck to a limited palette with a lot of repeating colors, especially the dark red (which also plays into the color scheme of their god, Bhaal, the god of murder). Honestly I love how they turned out.

And a quick plug for the boxed set, which is twenty multi-part miniatures (four sprues of five miniatures) with lots of customization options including a variety of weapons. These guys would also be a solid and inexpensive ($30 for the box) Chaos warband builder for Mordheim.

In addition to everything, I hit my goal for 2024 of forty eight miniatures! That’s four a month. Instead I got over five a month instead, and I’m only midway through September. I think I will try for 60 next, which would be better than my 2009 and 2020 totals. With fifteen more cultists in the box, that could be a possibility….
