A few more survivors from the Zombicide game, in this case the “ultimate” forms of Wanda, a carhop, and Amy, and Asian goth. The ultimate forms represent more experienced versions with better gear, clothing, weapons, etc. It is likely I have the original versions somewhere in my college of Zombicide boxes, and could see using them has REP 4 Stars and then the ultimate versions as REP 5 or 6.

This gets me to two benchmarks: I finished the Zombicide Survivor box set I started a while back, and I get to 57 miniatures for the year, which is my 2009 total. 2009 was a rough year for me, and painting miniatures was getting to be a way to cope. 2010 was even worse, and its total (165) factors both the struggle and the methodology of counting vehicles as ten points.

The good news is that 2022, while very crazy, is nothing like 2009 or 2010. I am still painting to help cope with my life, but it feels healthier, less running away and more like self care. It does make me think that in 2023 I could even set the bar higher, though…
